2. ACCEPTANCE

Review your quote, click accept and make a 25% deposit

We’ll send out an online quote for your review, to accept, open the link in the email and click the green accept button in the top left and deposit the quoted 25% for official acceptance of the job.

3. COUNCIL APPLICATION

, Our Process

To ensure the success of your application, we can provide reports to demonstrate compliance.

When installing a new glass fence at your premises, WA councils require that you complete and lodge a building application form. Once submitted, the permit authority will assess compliance with the Building Code of Australia and complete the relevant certification (CDC) to grant a building permit, this can take up to 25 business days.

 

 

4. FINAL MEASURE

We confirm the exact length and location of the fence and gates.

As we approach your installation date, we will need to meet with you on site and conduct a final measure and confirm exact location of the glass fence and gates. We understand that the installation may be dependant on other works, please let us know an approximate timeline for the final measure.

5. INSTALLATION

, Our Process

Most jobs completed in less than a day, site left neat and tidy.

If your site is still undergoing works such as brick paving or flooring, we will wait until this is done before embarking on installation.

When ready, we come out to your site and install the glass fence in less than a day. We will await your inspection of the installation for approval to mark this job as complete.

 

6. WARRANTY

, Our Process

Your warranty period begins and the final deposit is due.

Sorrento Glass will replace at no charge for parts only or, at its option, replace any product or part of the product that proves defective because of improper workmanship and/or material, under normal installation, use, service and maintenance.
