We’re very proud to showcase this commercial project, completed in East Perth with a lovely view of the new Optus stadium.
With a total of 716m of glass balustrade, privacy screen and handrails, there was quite a bit of work involved to meet compliance to Australian standards.
The curved frontage of the building was a worthy challenge, requiring us to determine the exact panel sizes and spacing to use to create the desired curved effect and then install the handrail that sits on top of the glass balustrade on each floor.
The end result was a very happy builder and a beautifully finished look to the apartment building, so much classier than the standard aluminium balustrade and nothing else like it in East Perth.
